Working Working here means everything to me, I get here 5 days a week at 7 AM and stay until the work is done. I'm committed because Ben's has always been a fun place to work. I have fun with our customers and I have fun with my teammates.

I started at Ben’s Chili Bowl when I was 18 and have now worked here for 40+ years. I have worked in all positions but my most significant role has been as the main chili maker, making chili six days a week. Ben’s means a lot to the community - all ages, shades, and where they come from.
