Peep This! The Bowl Goes to the Bunnies

Over the years Ben’s has been blessed with many awards and accolades: we got a James Beard award, the Key to the City, were inducted into the DC Hall of Fame and many others. But this Easter, thanks to some fine folks at the Corporation for Enterprise Development, Ben’s has been memorialized in the Peeps world! Kasey Wiedrich, Kristin Lawton, Labaron Sims, Ethan Geiling, Jane Hanley, Sean Luechtefeldand Roberto Arjona spent 16 hours creating the Peeps Chili Bowl diorama for the annual Washington Post Peeps Contest complete with President Obama, his Secret Service detail and Redskins injured quarterback Robert Griffin III.

We think it looks great and are so tickled by the gesture and hard work put in by the seven designers. Thanks so much for creating Peeps Chili Bowl and congrats to you all on being Finalists!
